You may think that management people when seated with their subordinated may get disturbed because of the constant communication between staff around them. He/she gets their own space which can be considered private enough and also they are still connected with their team. Any outsider coming to the work floor can be able to differentiate one team from another on the basis of their workstation colors. This not only breaks communication barriers between the management staff and the subordinates but also between different subordinates belonging to different teams.
